About Our Church
Mifflin Presbyterian Church was founded in 1840 and has a membership of about 300 persons. We are affiliated with the Presbyterian Church, USA. Our congregation is heavily committed to mission and Christian education. Our music program is central to that ministry and dedicated to the glory of God.
There is a volunteer adult choir with traditional worship music and a volunteer praise team of instrumentalists and singers offering a contemporary music style. Our Music Director and Praise Team Director have led the music ministry since 2003. The organist/accompanist works with both directors in planning and implementing the music program. A bell choir program, special music offerings, and occasional children’s choir are also elements of the Mifflin music ministry. The organ is an Allen APEX Digital Pipe Organ (3-manual, installed in 2024). The piano is a Young Chang grand piano.
